1. Preamble
These Terms of Sale ("TOS") govern transactions on the LiveFootAI website between InfinityD&T ("the Seller") and any person making a purchase ("the Customer").
Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these TOS.
2. Products offered
The Seller offers the purchase of time credits granting access to LiveFootAI AI features:
- Voice conversation sessions with the football expert AI
- Generation of personalised betting tickets
- Access to real-time match analyses and data
3. Price
The price is set at €1 including VAT per minute of active AI use. Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included.
The Customer chooses the desired duration at purchase. Predefined packs are available (15 min, 30 min, 1h, 2h, 4h, 8h), along with a custom amount up to 24 hours maximum.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Applicable prices are those in effect at the moment of order validation.
4. Order and payment
Orders are placed online and paid via Stripe (PCI-DSS certified). Accepted means: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Payment is immediate and secure. Credits are made available on your account as soon as payment is confirmed. A payment receipt is sent by email.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and its transposition into Belgian law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for unused credits.
However, as provided by Art. VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content already consumed (minutes already used with the AI). By starting your first session with the AI, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for credits actually consumed.
To exercise your right of withdrawal on unused credits, contact support@infinity-dt.be within 14 days.
6. Refund
Refunds are granted in the following cases:
- Exercise of the right of withdrawal on unused credits (within 14 days)
- Persistent technical malfunction preventing use of the Service
- Erroneous double payment
Refunds are issued to the original means of payment within a maximum of 14 days from the date of the refund decision.
7. Credit availability
Purchased credits remain available as long as the account is active, with no time limit. In case of voluntary account deletion by the Customer, remaining credits are lost unless otherwise expressly requested.
8. Invoicing
An electronic invoice is automatically sent to the email address associated with the account after each purchase. Invoices comply with Belgian tax law and may be downloaded from your user dashboard at any time.
9. Warranties
The Seller warrants the conformity of the service sold in accordance with the applicable legal warranty. The legal warranty of conformity and against hidden defects applies.
The Seller does not warrant betting winnings: the AI is a decision-support tool whose output has no guarantee of accuracy on match outcomes.
10. Liability
The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the Customer's purchase. The Seller cannot be held liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, or financial consequences of bets placed.

12. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact customer service first. In the absence of an amicable solution, the Customer may refer the matter to the consumer mediator of the ECG (Economic Conciliation of Goods) or the Belgian FPS Economy.
As a last resort, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, under Belgian law, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
