Note: This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version (CGU)prevails, as LiveFootAI is operated by InfinityD&T, a Belgian company subject to Belgian law.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use ("TOU") govern the use of the LiveFootAI service ("the Service") provided by InfinityD&T, and set out the rights and obligations of the parties.

By accessing the Service and creating a user account, you accept these TOU in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

LiveFootAI is an AI-based decision-support tool providing analyses and predictions for football matches. The Service includes:

  • A voice conversational interface with a football-specialised AI
  • Generation of personalised betting tickets
  • Display of upcoming match data and market odds
  • Access to statistical and tactical analyses

3. Access to the service

3.1. Eligibility

The Service is strictly reserved for adults (18+) residing in a country where sports betting is legal. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of sports betting in your jurisdiction.

3.2. Account creation

Access to the Service requires the creation of an account with an email address and password. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for any activity on your account.

4. Pricing and payment

The Service is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis at €1 per minute of active voice session with the AI. Minutes are purchased upfront as credits via Stripe (secure payment). Credits do not expire as long as your account is active.

No subscription required. You pay only for what you consume.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or servers
  • Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit Service content
  • Share your credentials with third parties
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service

6. Sports betting disclaimer

Predictions provided by LiveFootAI are not a guarantee of winnings. Match outcomes are inherently uncertain and depend on many unpredictable factors.

Sports betting carries significant financial risk. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and the amounts you stake. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.

7. Intellectual property

All Service elements (design, code, texts, trademarks, logos) are the exclusive property of InfinityD&T or its licensors. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification or exploitation is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement under applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

InfinityD&T makes every effort to ensure availability and quality of the Service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. InfinityD&T cannot be held liable for:

  • Financial losses related to the use of predictions
  • Temporary Service interruption for maintenance or force majeure
  • Errors in match or odds data provided by third parties
  • Indirect or immaterial damages arising from use of the Service

9. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments

InfinityD&T reserves the right to amend these TOU at any time. Users will be informed by email of any substantive change. Continued use of the Service after amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support. InfinityD&T may suspend or terminate your access in case of serious breach of these TOU, without notice and without refund of remaining credits.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These TOU are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation or execution falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
